House Policies

  • A registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid form of government issued identification.
  • Check in at the guesthouse is on or after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out is on or before 12 noon on the day of departure. All arrivals are self-check in utilizing an electronic keypad system.
  • All guests will receive complete check-in details on the morning of their arrival before 11 a.m. If not received, please contact us at (954) 724-7253. We ask that all guests confirm all our communications with them for us to ensure all guests have their needed property access information.
  • Each room has one bed, either a queen size bed or a full size bed, and each room is limited to a maximum of two guests per room. Children are welcome.
  • Non registered guests are not permitted on-site without management’s express permission granted, prior to non registered guests’ arrival.
  • Cots and rollaways beds are not available. Air mattresses or couch sleeping is not permitted in the guesthouse.
  • For the safety and security of all guests, entries and exits to and from the guesthouse are to be done via the main entrance door which is on 3rd St. Please lock the front door everytime upon entering and exiting the guesthouse.
  • All guest parking is street parking on either the 3rd St. or Pierce St. side of the guesthouse. Guests and visitors are not permitted to park on any of the driveways. You are responsible to insure that any of your approved guests abide by the parking regulations as well as all house rules.
  • Commercial photography onsite is not permitted.
  • Firearms are not permitted on the premises.
  • Flammable candles are not permitted on the premises.
  • Furniture moving within the guesthouse is not permitted.
  • Parties are not permitted.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
  • Smoking or vaping inside the guesthouse is not permitted. There is a designated smoking area on the front porch.

Regarding your room’s air conditioning, operate your AC unit as much as you desire. 

When you leave your room for more than an hour, please turn it off to conserve energy.

Discounted rates are available for our extended stay guests of 28 nights or longer.
