Inside the home, enjoy access to two main living rooms, three dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and coin operated laundry facilities. When the weather permits, guests also have access to two additional lounging areas and one dining area on the large wrap-around veranda.

Whether in the area for a short or extended stay this is a great alternative to a typical hotel room. We offer secure, private rooms, with both private or shared bath options.

Our rooms offer comfortable beds & linens, self-controlled air conditioning, overhead ceiling fans and Samsung Smart TVs with Cable TV. We also offer free high speed WI-FI, in-room charging stations and ample safe street parking on both sides of the guesthouse. All guest bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Our accommodations are affordable, clean and offer our guests a quiet place to rest and relax.

While guests are here they often meet and make new friends. The house, referred to by locals as “The Illig House,” has renewed life and purpose now as The Victorian Guesthouse.
